Photos tell the truth faster than any promise we could print. When a supply line lets go in the middle of the night or a slow leak behind a Fort Worth bathroom vanity finally shows itself, the “after” only matters if you can see where it started. That’s why we document every job, from the first wet drywall cut to the final coat of paint, and text you photos as we go. Here’s a look at what we’ve walked into, and what it looked like when we walked out.

Water Damage Restoration: Burst Supply Line in a Ridglea Hills Kitchen
Before
AfterWhen the braided steel line under a Ridglea Hills sink gave out, it ran for nearly four hours before the homeowner woke up. Maple cabinets had wicked water up their toe kicks, and the engineered hardwood was cupping across a 200-square-foot run. We removed the base cabinets, set up containment, and dropped in Dri-Eaz low-profile dehus and axial fans, with an Injectidry panel drying the cabinet interiors in place. The floor was saved, the cabinets went back in, and the final invoice matched the written price we gave on day one.
Mold Remediation: Hidden Growth Behind a Fairmount Bathroom Vanity
Before
AfterA Fairmount homeowner called about a musty smell that kept coming back no matter how much they cleaned. Pulling the vanity revealed Aspergillus colonization across 40 square feet of drywall and the backside of the cabinet. We set up negative air with a HEPA-scrubbed Phoenix unit, removed the affected material, and treated the framing with an antimicrobial before rebuilding. Air samples came back clean on the post-test, and the same vanity was reinstalled rather than replaced. The homeowner only paid for what the scope of work specified, nothing more.
Water Damage Repair: AC Pan Overflow in a North Richland Hills Hallway
Before
AfterThe condensate pan in a North Richland Hills attic unit had rusted through, and the safety float switch was wired wrong, so the water just kept coming. It saturated the hallway ceiling drywall and left a sagging, dripping mess in a 12-foot run. We cut out the affected drywall, dried the joist cavities with XPOWER air movers and a Dri-Eaz dehumidifier, then patched, textured, and primed. The homeowner got before-and-after photos by text while they were at work, so they never had to wonder what was happening inside their own walls.
Mold Remediation: Crawlspace Fungal Growth in Stop Six

Fort Worth’s clay soil doesn’t drain fast, and a Stop Six homeowner’s pier-and-beam crawlspace had been trapping humidity against the subfloor for years. The result was widespread fungal growth on the floor joists and a musty smell working its way up through the registers. We installed a sealed vapor barrier, treated the joists with an encapsulant, and added a B-Air dehumidifier to keep the space below 50% relative humidity. The subfloor was dried in place, and no flooring had to come up.
Water Damage Restoration: Washing Machine Hose Failure in Wedgwood

The rubber hose on a Wedgwood washing machine split at the crimp, and the laundry room sits at the high point of a slab foundation, so water ran clean across the house. Vinyl plank flooring in the adjacent den trapped moisture underneath, forcing us to pull the planks and dry the slab with Dri-Eaz desiccant dehumidification. We used psychrometric drying (tracking the air’s moisture level so we know when your home is truly dry, not just surface-dry) to confirm the slab hit its dry standard before reinstalling the flooring. The homeowner kept every plank, and the floor looked the same as before the split.
Water Damage Repair: Roof Leak Staining in a Benbrook Bonus Room

A late-summer storm chewed through a few shingles on a Benbrook two-story, and water tracked along a rafter tail before pooling in the bonus room ceiling. The drywall was stained but structurally sound, so we removed only the affected section, dried the insulation cavity, and re-rocked. A stain-blocking primer and matching ceiling paint finished the job, and the repair came with our 365-Day Done Right Promise in writing. If it fails within a year, we come back, and the follow-up visit is free.
